Excellent video guys! Having read ISO/IEC 27001 & 27002 many times, and years of experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 management systems, this was a really useful and comprehensive summary of the very real issues that organisations go through in the development and certification of their management systems. It's much more than just having a consultant give you templated policies, but producing value-added capacity within the business.
Really appreciate this video. I've no experience with an ISO 27001 review practically, but have miles of other audit engagements, and this presentation really brings it home. I would love for your team to get into the FISMA compliance world.
