By going into the neighborhood and telling the history really adds a great dimension to the show. The reality of the neighborhood and the Church's place in it complete the picture. Thanks, so much.

    “This was great , I
love and miss my old hometown I spent over 70 years there all within a 4 mile radius , Sheepshead Bay , Brennan andCarrs and that’s it , thanks for sending it I will never erase it”.
That was written by my dad, Bill Carr. He lives upstate NY now. 84 years old.

My old block. My old church. Me and my crew just did our own reunion on E 35 St last month. Truly an incredible neighborhood and Im so fortunate to have grown up there

Those big cement blocks that we use to jump on in the creek were called, “The Rocks!” I don’t know who gave it that name, but it stuck for so many years lol.... Very nice Video 😉🇺🇸

Great job Tony! This makes me miss the old neighborhood!
My dad tells me that he would see Nat King Cole at Ben Maksik’s.
Also, thanks for shout out to Dead Man’s Alley. I wonder if the body is still buried under all of that concrete! 😜🤔

Nice video. You don't need to pay to go into the Nature Preserve. It has always been free
