    I honestly think Elon Musk's xAI42x is the safest bet for long term hold, and will survive out of every other altcoins. It will get adopted in US, Ecuador, Asia, starting from Japan, and slowly spread out and gain. This is a winning coin, apart from all the technical greatness.

    Right. Powell and other Fed chairs have been very reluctant to criticize Congress over its fiscal insanity. And, perhaps for good reason, for as soon as one DOES speak frankly to Congress, we might expect that there'll be pressure on the Fed trying to remove some of its independence. Yes, I understand that not everyone thinks the Fed is independent but Trump/others have already hinted at the desire to have more say in Fed deliberations and actions. That'd certainly make it less independent. A tough spot: the Fed is damned if they do; damned if they don't.

    The US's need to borrow money will keep the interest rates up.

    It does not make any difference what the fed does with rates they do not control the deficit. It’s trillions as far as the eye can see. No bond trader is going to touch a 30 year treasury at these rates.Prepare for big time inflation.

    Should the FED follow the bond yield or the unfolding employment tragedy. If your coworkers are laid off it’s a recession. If you are laid off it’s a depression.

    Unemployment is near historical lows and inflation is still above the 2% target. The Fed should stand pat on the Fed Funds rate. The Fed (voters) are human. They may now believe that the 50-basis-point cut was too much and premature, but they will still vote for a 25-basis-point cut. Not cutting rates at the November meeting is tantamount to admitting they were wrong in September which they are unlikely to do. The Jobs report showing only 12,000 new jobs is mostly do to the twin hurricanes and the Boeing strike. Expect that report to revised upward next month.

    • @DailySource
      @DailySource 11 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      Inflation is only a tiny bit above the 2% target, and the effects of monetary policy lag by 12 to 18 months, so there is plenty of logic behind continuing to cut. I think new 25 point cuts make sense.

      information can be a big hurdle. I've been
      making more than $200k passively by just

    If Trump wins and Elon Musk starts slashing federal spending, the markets may be surprised with how the deficit drops. Also, Tesla investors may be surprised when Musk leaves to take a cabinet-level post, and might be forced to sell his stock.
