i have a project one I'm working on...new battery and cranks just doesn't start...however i notice the neutral light doesnt turn on can tht be an issue

Do these things not smoke a whole lot once warmed up? Just rebuilt mine and purchased it blown up. The banjo bolt on the oil pump came loose and fell off. I put all new fuel and oil lines on and can confirm the carb is getting the oil from the pump just not used to 2 strokes not smoking that much. I know these run pretty lean at 50:1 and this guys looks like it doesnt smoke much once warm. Can anyone confirm this?

I just acquired a Polaris Trailblazer 250 same thing what you are working on no spark when I pull the pull rope and just the solenoid click when you match the start button is there a fuse in line that keeps it from cranking and starting

Ams oil has a gear oil that’s made for Polaris’s and that works in those 4x4 hubs

That's why it burnt up. Oil injector not in sync.
