It's rather odd that Bill is this flashy, power driven, business mogul and billionaire, yet they have him living in a modest little bohemian beach shack. Later on they moved to a huge mansion, but they shot all the scenes in the one rather dingy looking sitting room. Considering it's the most watched show in the world, I think they could afford to stretch the budget on their sets. The set they designed for Karen and Danni's beach house however, is gorgeous!
I would have thought that the sets being used are already very expensive. Especially Stephanie and Brooke's houses. But there are unused sets of mansions/condos in the show. Eg Brooke and Eric's condo Eric and Sheila's house Sheila's house (kid napped James) Morgan's House Massimos pent house The original Bill spencer's pent house no one has ever "moved in" these houses after the occupants left. These sets haven't been used in years. (they are probably packed away?)
Bill is afraid that Katie will die. She has heart issues. She almost died when she gives birth to Will Spencer. The doctor advice them about Katie being pregnant and her heart.
It was a good time for Thomas and I'm sure he would have been happy with Caroline if Bell hadn't pushed the ball to a Logan again. And then he turned Thomas into a psychopath.
