I only started playing a week before season 16, and I’m still having a lot of fun with the game. When they introduced OG Apex this season, I played it a fair bit, but found it really difficult and frustrating. Makes me appreciate the development and where the game is now.
Not played in about 7 months as I was really fed up with apex. Installed it today and very first game died to a wall hacker loba and lifeline team mate named "20BombCarry" - nothing changes. They can add all this new content and changes to the gameplay but as long as the cheating continues the game is really going to struggle. It's not fun for the casual player as it is with everyone being sweats or wanna be streamers never mind hackers being rife. Still love to watch you guys playing together though. Hope the new house is awesome too. ❤
OG Mastiff was so much! Thank god we were all too dumb to pick it up back then! P.S. From the moment it was 1 enemy squad left to the end of the game, you did 1005 damage on the final team (+ whatever SooXfar did).
I do agree that the content style for the game is a nice change, but as a casual player who frankly isnt that good at the game and being put into lobbies with 4k 20 bomb champions every match, this season has been the least fun. In a gun fight they already outclass me in skill but sometimes I win. Those chances drop drastically if they got to a relic weapon first and im dead in literally 2 seconds from disruptors or someone literally one tapping a blue shield off of me with the mastiff
It will bounce back I think but damn its tough, all my random teammates are brand new players, I have to carry every match, and down times of the day I cant even fill a lobby with players... game is on its last breath
Last night I got put into 4 back to back games with 4k 20 bomb badge players! It was kinda frustrating cause I’m not at all good. But after those games I was in easier lobbies. What’s the deal with that?
Damage on last squad after killing the 3rd (solo) : 1788 > 2793. Sooxfar did over 1500 IIRC from his own video (I remember the 192 mastiff on Broken Moon xD). Insane support combo and healing power...
It needs to be a separate mode, literally no one wants an LTM takeover in pubs that never ever ends. Just look at the Apex subreddit, there is like a post every other day minimum on people asking "why did I not get my badges" and it's annoying and dumb af not being able to get them anywhere other than Ranked
14:10 boosted loader on Triple Lake? the official Apesex wiki says no hopups are available for that weapon and also that particular one is violet not gold and currently out of the game. (ofc not trying to say that you're cheating or lying or sum, just confused)
For me it's not so much content but balance issues. The fact that support is mandatory for a viable competitive setup ruins the variety of team composition and is clearly overturned
