Competitors turning against the House Robots, Antweight madness and more in today's upload. The winners of the fights included are in the video description.
@@syckmunky And yet, they never let any of the truly dangerous bots fight the House Robots. Like Extreme 1 had Stinger, Scorpion and Pluderbird didn't it? You can't tell me Chaos 2, Panic Attack and Firestorm wouldn't have happily got into the arena against the House Robots, given their habit of fighting them anyway if given half a chance.
I nearly got into the antweight battle but my robot wasn't ready in time. I used to hold antweight events when I was at uni in Guildford, I've met and fought against several of the robots in that battle - Pants, CombatAnt, Legion, and Anto definitely, and maybe a couple of the others. The good old days! :) Apparently the antweight battle happened because someone took an antweight along to Series 4 (I think?) and security found it, initially thinking it was just a model before realising it was a very small but fully functional combat robot. :) UK Ant rules are a lot tighter than US rules, the lightest robot I ever built was Jaguar which was a Wheely Big Cheese style opening wedge flipper which weighed 109g.
Commenting before the vid: if the match where Razor starts fighting Matilda instead of his opponent isn't in here, it's not the most chaotic battles lmao 😂 Post video: hooooly shit these were even better, I didn't know it could get that crazy
I'd argue Razer V Matilda doesn't really belong on this list as that was fixed - they wanted Matilda destroyed so they could rebuild her with the flywheel (none of the other House Bots intervened until Matilda was destroyed, that was why)
I always love when competitors take on the house robots XD I've seen the Flipper Frenzy battle multiple times, but that series 7 All Stars battle is just something else, especially with Cassius Chrome as a house robot, which I don't think I've ever seen in a battle until now! I've always like Firestorm as a robot, it was never one of my true favourites, but Firestorm just has the looks that works for me, the sleek wedge shape and distinctive colour patterns, plus that forwards flipper is pretty powerful and effective, even if not as spectacular as something like Chaos 2's flipper.
You better have stinger's series 4 melee and the northern anih... Anhi... I can't figure out how to spell it, and spell check isn't helping either, so forget it.
If the contestents get into their range (1/8th of the arena, their corner, essentially and approximately) they are allowed to attack. They may also interfere if there is no chance of a robit winning anyway (already imobilized for instance)
why is the video quality so bad.. It looks like someone used their smartphone to film a VHS recording on a crt TV to then upload it at 720p... This 240p at best

I didn't know antweight even existed! I love it😂
Also watching them turn on the house it's was great!
The House Robots just getting their metallic asses handed to them always makes me happy ^.^
Some say that Mammoth is still running from Dead Metal to this day
6:42 - Warhog literally “piggybacking” on S.M.I.D.S.Y. was a golden moment for me, made even funnier by the commentator.
It was battles like these that really cemented my love of Robot Wars growing up 💜
This is as close as we get to the real steel movie
_(Mammoth fight)_
*Dead Metal:* Why are you running? WHY ARE YOU RUNNING?!
Because that's what I do now GO AWAY!
The commentator is golden
RUN MAMMOTH RUN
Wow flipping Shunt, beating up on Sgt Chrome, and putting the ref bot in the pit, why don't we just have an official house vs warriors event.
They had a few, called House Robot Rebellion.
@@syckmunky and Razor would take the lead while Matilda would fear him xD
They weren't too bad. Most of them aired on Nickelodeon so the commentary was a bit suspect.

I'd have to go back and look. I can't imagine they would have let Hypnodisc or Razer go against them either.
Commpetetors to the house robots: SEE! THATS HOW IT FEELS!
The Antweight battle in Extreme was amazing!
It was! Any idea of the scale of these wee beasties?
@@deadfreightwest5956 antweight is 1 pound (about 0.5 kilos) right now, but idk what it was at the time that was recorded.
@@deadfreightwest5956
UK antweight limit is 150g, and the robot has to fit in a 4-inch cube
@@stephenmstanley - Wow, that makes them all the more remarkable.

Man Aftershock and Eruption are amazing robots. Imagine if they were in the original series. Really loved this video.
Antweight? That is too fucking cute. I love it.

I’m sorry but that one was kinda planned the rest of these aren’t as much since flipping house bots are fine
The obvious chaotic fight from the rebooted series is the Ten Robot Rumble
I love it when the roboteers go on a total anarchy run and the arena itself responds in kind haha
8:37 so that counts as being pitted, but it didnt count for Tornado?
Tornado was still being actively held by Razer over the pit. Had Razer been able to let go, it would have counted.
This is basically what you send to anyone who asks "What's Robot Wars?"
Are people really surprised that the house robots got attacked in that first one when they were outside their own areas 15 seconds into the match
Really wish we saw Warhog in Robot Wars Extreme, in a Mayhem or something. Had great character about it. Just wish it had better reliability.
wheelie big cheese 😭😭😭😂😂😂

THIS IS VERY CHAOTIC!
Cassius chrome is actually useless 😅
Now I want to see a "Most chaotic Battlebots fights of the Reboot (or all time)"
That's basically just a compilation of every rumble.
You should put in a metal shredder obstacle in the arena

Mini arena
they really should have called a cease for that final one, given the arena itself was damaged :/
You better have stinger's series 4 melee and the northern anih... Anhi... I can't figure out how to spell it, and spell check isn't helping either, so forget it.
Annihilator.

Why do the large house robots get involved with normal contestants ?.
If the contestents get into their range (1/8th of the arena, their corner, essentially and approximately) they are allowed to attack. They may also interfere if there is no chance of a robit winning anyway (already imobilized for instance)
"razzler"
When's Part 2 coming?
It'll happen when BBC brings the show back. :(
Sinbad the sailor
Doesn't rise the level of sandbox toys.
Radler is razor razor

Well, robot wars aired from 1998-2003, so...
