I used to live in the Florida Keys, so I saw Kenny playing in local bars 4 times already - very small crowd of people, free, and had a chance to talk to him a few times too! You can't beat that!
Love that! That was my experience with Brad Paisley and being a Texas Tech student. He was playing in the country bar every freaking weekend before he released his MySpace song.

Went to the Flora-Bama earlier this year for the first time, and was back in Pensacola this past weekend for my buddy’s wedding. The gulf coast has become a special place for me.

My wife and I went to Flora Bama in 2001 for a couple of times.This was the most fun on our USA tour.We was sad after hearing about hurrican Ivan ,nice to hear about rebuild.We still listen to Mike & Rusty cd. Oh what where we thinking...😃 Regards from Cape Town.

My daughter has downs sydrone ,she is 2yrs old. Loves music, but when summertime hits the spotlight she is all shaking her butt , pointing too music and dances and dances till its over , oh if you stop it ot turn it down, she will gets upset. It would be nice to meet him for her someday , but that would be a wish that wouldnt happen for her so as long as she has him in her heart and soul, its like she already met him already..

Been going here with my grandparents since I was just a little girl. Last year I got engaged on that beach, this year I'll be on that beach for my honeymoon (playing this song!) Couldn't imagine making these memories anywhere else! I may be from Missouri but this is the place I consider my second home! It's a beautiful place with beautiful people!

Exciting news this year when I was down there I was lucky enough to meet to the owner of flora bama! He showed me around the bar, told me some pretty funny stories about him and Kenny, and how this song became a song, gave us all kennys specialty drink made just for flora bama it was awesome! Sitting there watching the sunset, drinking, watching the waves roll in listening about him and Kenny and all the cool stories! John if you ever read this thank you for the awesome night! I'll be back next year!

Best. Bar. Ever! Loved the vibe, people, music, drinks (Bushwack & Sex, Drunk & Rock-n-Roll), the beach, etc. etc. etc. Got to run around the beach barefooted while dancing to live music & watching the sunset. Left our names written on the wall. Perfect night.

I want to turn 21 here. The whole stretch from Gulf Shores to PCB is the best place in this country. I’ve been to luxury ski resorts and many cities, but nothing beats that area on the gulf. Especially 30A. I hope to retire there and move there once i graduate in 4 years. The vibes there just struck me differently compared to any other state.
It is ok,But far from the best. But just my opinion.

Kenny is such a good artist that I couldn't imagine this part of my life without his music. Hes just great and down to earth. Love him and his band and the great work they do with his music.

My husband and I are from Canada. I learned about this bar from the "Sweet Potato Queens" We went there because of the book and we had a fabulous time and yes we signed our names on the wall by the bathroom because I knew that is where all of my friends would end up :)

Me and my wife vacation in Orange Beach often which is a stones throw from Flora-Bama. We couldn't go last year because of a last minute medical emergency and then didn't go this year cause of Covid. But watching this video brought back so many memories of us venturing from Missouri to Alabama together to sink out toes in that warm land. Thanks for the trip!

I was at this concert and it was amazing!! He is such a humble man! But lost of people had health issues bc of the heat and no walkways t go the restroom etc so that it probably why all these years later he hasn’t had an outdoor concert...bring in employees from Louisiana bc we always have outdoor activities in 1000 degree weather so we know about keeping people hydrated and having walk ways been blankets and tents etc so people can walk it the restroom or purchase food without stepping on peoples blankets or set up ...but hands down this was one of my fave CONCERTS EVER! Something about seeing this sexy man singing on thr beach is perfect!!!
Kenny does a great job on this and many of his tunes. Avid fan I am, but to see the REAL `BAMA go on any Friday or Saturday afternoon until midnight. The place is amazing.

I grew up in Tallahassee and spent many a day as a kid playing on those white sugar sand beaches and riding the waves. No place better to live. If you haven't been there, take a trip. So much nice T & A, too.
I went to 30A for spring break this year. A few years ago I went to islamorada to sail, and stayed in key largo for a few days to fish. Both times i’ve been, the vibes have yet to be matched anywhere. I’m going to school in oklahoma but once i graduate i’m getting my ass to florida. I used to think I wanted to live somewhere in the mountains, but after visiting that state my mind has been opened up. the beach is my place.

My parents were there including my Aunt. When they returned from the Alabama-Florida line, they showed me photos and videos from their phones. The scene of number of people only known to god, and the boats on the tidal area was just so outstandingly amazing. The Flora-Bama is a great song, and place to grab you a bite of some Bama Burgers. Including the teams from the NFL and College Football. Especially the SEC teams like Alabama, FSU, Tennessee, Mississippi State, Georgia, Florida, and, of course, my favorite team, Auburn. Love the Flora-Bama! Want to go back so bad!!! SUMMER COME FAST PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Right down the street from where I live even though I've seen Kenny many times and back in the day we would drive 500 miles to see him I did miss this concert and it just about killed me however the traffic was backed up so bad to get there so I'm glad I at least missed that part but what a great video and a great song from a great songwriter and one of the best entertainers there ever was! Thank you Kenny for everything you've given us!
