Google find my device only works when location is on.
MI find my device can turn on location remotely! Or even through sms it can send location if device offline but has Sim.
Samsung's find device is best where it also utilises nearby samsung devices(if feature on) to send location info even if Sim removed.
Brother same case happend 2 month ago .. i saw a movie upto 1.30am and i slept next morning i woke up at 5.30Am and phone gone .. from 1st floor from my house 😢 .. i have done all thing ceir .. now the status so accepted for blocking

tip for IMEI number you can get it through find my device as well when your mail is logged in any device find my device captures some information about your phone and it also includes your IMEI number
