    Such good recipe useful for health and diabetics is it but you used baking soda however small the quantity is a chemical and is not good for health, instead yeast can be better to add to the flavour of the dish. Alternately, little curd can be added and rest the batter for small time 1/2 hr to 1 hr to make the recipe soft
