1 tsp Coriander seeds
1\2 tsp fennal seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp amchur powder
coriander leaves
1 cup Wheat flour
1\4 cup semolina
