That's a very hard question... For reading and recognizing the Japanese language, I recommend children's books and mangas like Doraemon (my childhood along with Spongebob) For listening and speaking the language, I recommend listening to your favorite Japanese songs and singing them without caring about your pronunciation. That's how my English improved when I joined high school choir in the U.S.
