Mr.mutebi the last year around october the caught her with boy friend called shafic s.3 class and thing the mother talked the family they have been paying two hundred thousand uganda shilling but the mother never reported at police and thing they kidnaped the lady hajji paid six thousand dorra to vomitte that lady other wise on my opotion hajji is innocent.
Both the girl and boy are minors, and both are to blame equally. Also the case of minors is different than when the rapist is above 18. They cannot be imprisoned since they attend school.
