Shiku, can someone get a green card visa as a family and for the kids when selected, then they come to the US and activate it and return back to Kenya to finish their high school for 2 years then come later? Is it legal?

Note that with a greencard you can't stay outside USA for more than 1 year.
They can as well continue with high school education here in the USA
