When people keep asking Kim about her nose specifically, she explained this years back. She did initially get a nose job simply because she wanted one but she said she was dealing with physically abusive men who broke her nose more than once. And they also emotionally abused her. She said she had to go get her nose fixed right after the initially nose job cuz whoever she was dealing with, broke her nose. She may have had complications afterward. I think it's more so all the make up she puts on her face but she always wore a lot of make up even in the early days.

I was sitting, actually waiting for a break in the shoot to go and interview her when, she came over to me and said hi.....with all her pearly whites in my face. Alexander Day she admits to biggie and others helping her on some verses but she writes majority of her stuff. U can't say that about most of the mainstream artists now. It's usually the other way around. They write barely any of their own.
