There! That's the main difference between comic books and graphic novels! When you can say "I've read the first 3 issues" it is a comic book series. Graphic novels have a complete narrative in every volume, if they have more than one. 🧚🏽♂
Ah yay I love graphic novels! Thank you for putting a warning for if it has mature scenes and if it’s not young adult. I recently read The Sprite and The Gardener and I really loved the art and story about garden sprites 🧚♀️ I think you would like it!
Thanks for the recs!! I just read Wash Day Diaries and really liked it that! The story is short but it's really good and the art work is STUNNING, amazing quality and I read it on an e-book, highly recommend :)
I have a goal this year to read more graphic novels, so I rly appreciate this list! Thanks for making it! 💖I would also recommend On a Sunbeam and Ballad for Sophie, if you haven't read them yet 🧙♀🔮🧿
Thank you for making wonderful video and I'm definitely going to get Nightmare Savannah because I love horror and fairies and I'm going get the other Graphic novels that you talk about too and I hope you have wonderful morning and day and evening and afternoon and night mew🌸🪷🧚♂️🧚♀️🧚🌌🪄🔮^^. (I definitely wish I could live in a library because I love books so much. I accidentally mess up a book cover but I figured out how fix it by doing scrapbook and I just half to match the blue of the cover and I was really upset that I mess it up but at least I figured out how to fix it when I get a chance to figure it. Ugh I'm talking to much again and sorry but thank you for giving me ideas on what to read.)
I’m definitely a few months late commenting haha, but I really recommend This Was Our Pact by Ryan Andrews and Sheets by Brenna Thummler - both are very cute graphic novels and have the most gorgeous color palette!
If you liked Heartstopper, I feel like Check, Please! gave me the same kind of warm fuzzy feelings -- don't be scared off by the hockey themes, you don't really have to super understand hockey to get into it. It's beautiful art, a heartwarming story, and honestly every single side character is SO interesting too. Incredible worldbuilding
Liked part 2 as well a lot. Interesting that I read and loved a lot of your choices =) "The Blue Road" is something I haven't heard about. I will check it out =) Leaving a subscription. Like your channel!

Thank you for these videos, do you have any recommendations for new graphic novels coming out later this year.
Can we acknowledge - how beautiful she is Looking 🥺 ! Also the recommendations are really great ✨
The Dutch booktubers are the best!
Have you read So Much For Love by Sofia Lambda? It a graphic memoir/self help book about a toxic relationship!
You might like Another Kind by Cait May and Trevor Bream-it's my favorite graphic novel! I'm also a fan of Ethan M. Aldridge's work.
Will look it up, thank you!
I would recommend DC Comics Bombshells, an alt-universe WWII setting with an almost all-female and largely queer superhero cast.
cringe
