Looking at 500 series eq and trying to not go over 1000$, tho the prometheus seems very tempting (in my country it is over my budget) I think I will settle on the ultraviolet. It's just to good for the money, thank you for these videos!
It has more character and a more vintage sound (it cuts the transients a tiny little bit, that's why things sound almost "hardware-tape-emulation" like ;-) The Prometheus on the other hand is cleaner and more precise, almost sterile. Different tools for different jobs.
