I really love this garden. I heard him say his mentor taught him to minister with roses. I wonder if he could give more information on that

From visiting with him, I know he designed his outdoor spaces to be accessible to those with mobility issues. He invites residents from assisted living facilities to his house to enjoy his garden. He also donates flowers to various groups to brighten people's day.
