yeah its pretty much hand to elbow hop transitions. like one handed hand hops, most of your power comes from your legs. i guess it just takes more strength to pop yourself back up onto one hand straight from an elbow plant. going down doesn't take much since you pretty much just drop. but that's from my perspective. correct me if im wrong.
