Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp
Coconut piece - 2 tbsp
Crushed ginger - 1/2" size
Crushed garlic - 5
Shallots - 15 nos.
Onion - 1 (small size)
Red chilli - 2
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
