Rudy I can't tell you how much I enjoy your Channel and how much I miss you on Matt's off-road recovery and that you and Janelle make a awesome team you've always been an enjoyable watch. Rudy, you might want to add B and C pillar supports for your cage, as well as a side to side triangulated cross brace so it doesn't just fold over like a taco if it rolls. When I built my XJ cage, I did the upper halo, the A pillar support through the fenders like you did, then B and C pillar supports through the cab to the floor and then tied to the frame. I also added a side to side cross brace to the two C pillar tubes coming through the cab. I plan on adding one to the B pillar as well.

Your cage looks great. Consider tying the roof bar into a harness bar behind the front seats. Maybe add a piece of 2x4 from your frame rail to the slider as a harness bar mount through the floor. Would give you a secure place to attach some harnesses as well as shoring up the middle of the roof bars. I love the look though. Very nice.
Ever since i saw this on MORR I was like “did I miss them building thin cage somehow!?!?!” Nice work, all those curves really make this a lot more complicated.

Glad I found your channel and I'm now along for the ride.
That cage came out really good! Its always tough to have a good sleek exo cage on jeeps. Keep up the good work 🤟
Rudy, great looking shop. Please do some videos as you build the shop out. We like lusting after tools and shop stuff also.
Here we are Rudy. Now entertain us 😂.
I'm sure this channel will do great things.
Great start Rudy ! Looking forward to many more...
We gotcha bud! As much as I do love watching the banana tear stuff out of nasty situations, I've always been a fan of what you're doing with your rig, on the fun and adventure side and find it inspiring for what I want to do and be doing with my XJ.
Nice! Congrats on your own channel, Rudy! Waiting for the Rudicon to be 100% DUN! from 🇵🇭
Great vids so far Rudy ! I love this type of work, hope someday to own my own thing doing work like this !
Nice job buddy! So proud of you on your own path! All you need now is a few hands. Keep up the good work!
Very nice.
I'd also recommend tying the back end into the chassis or whatnot too, to give it the extra rigidity
Congratulations Rudy! Good luck! I'm on board.. looking forward to your adventures!
For those worried about a B/C pillar, he has additional vertical supports running inside the body in the back and the cage is bolted to that
Good show Rudy! Keep up the good work bud! Wish you the best of luck in your endeavors, stay safe and thank you for sharing. Jim
Ever since i saw this on MORR I was like “did I miss them building thin cage somehow!?!?!” Nice work, all those curves really make this a lot more complicated.
Looks good Rudy. So happy for you and your own channel
Great to see more of your welding projects.. exocages are pretty cool so you’re not banging heads on the usual roll cages on the inside …
roger that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its awesome to see you with your own channel Rudy. I am looking forward to seeing your future vids.
