Hey! Thanks for watching! My recommendation is to have a retargeting Display campaign always on at a small budget. When it comes to cold audiences, I suggest running Display for them during your peak seasonality. Again, start with a small budget, and add to it only if you see attributed conversions or uplift in broader business metrics. Make sure to monitor view-through conversions as well in both cases as not everyone clicks on the banners, but these people may still convert.
