In all honesty, Kuai Liang is a worthy successor to the name Scorpion. Hope he'll still be what he was as Sub-Zero in future stories
Hanzo Hasashi exists in this timeline as a boy. Whatever happens..Hanzo Hasashi will be Scorpion, Bi Han will be Noob Saibot and Kuai Liang will be Sub Zero. They're destined to become who they are. If Kenshi is supposed to be blind and if Tarkatans exists through a disease and If Mileena becomes half Tarkatan.Theres no doubt in my mind that it will happen.

They botched it so badly. They could have made Bi Han seek to take more drastic options to defend Earthrealm, like a somewhat toned down version of Corrupted Raiden (Red Raiden). He should have murdered his father with better reasons than "I let him die because he lacked vision" -_-
Instead, he's just comically evil

Was it explained why he is evil? Like ambition rarely drives evil, there’s other factors involved like upbringing. Was his father really a good man? I just seek to understand
@@henry4393 Father was loved by everyone and wanted to exclusively protect Earthrealm. Sub Zero wants to "help" lead it, even though it sounds more like he wants to lead it by himself, going off his deal with Shang Tsung. That's all we know

this rivalry b/w kuai and bi-han is so forced... they basically made bi-han sektor. boring i want power yada yada
It's fixable just make Sektor a Traitor by forcing control of the Cyber Initiative

Kinda sad seeing how much venom both brothers have for each, seeing how in the previous time-line Bi-Han was still a ruthless but honorable man before being corrupted, and Kuai Liang still had hope he could be redeemed. Now both want to rip each other head off
To be fair though, none of them have experienced death in the new timeline either

The Brother-Against-Brother Edition.
Kuai Liang is that guy who is disciplined and respectful and praises his competitors whether they win or lose.
Bi Han is that guy who gets a good score in a competition and rubs it in to the people who did worse than him.
Only because Bi-Han has been basterdized to hell and back.
Still probably the best rivalry in all fighter games.

In the original Midway timeline Bi-han was a honorable, if cold assassin (not a ninja he was insistent about that) who fought against Shinnok and then later Shang Tsung in MK1 on behalf of Earthrealm before being killed by Hanzo and corrupted and reforged into Shinnok's minion. He also loved his brother and held great disdain for technology.
MK1(2) swapped out his personality for Sketor so Bi-Han would be evil and turn against Lu Kang and his brother. Hence why the rivalry is forced.
