For some odd reason they haven't included two OSTs which I have been looking forward to most, Wintry Shackles PV 2nd Part and the Alpha animation ost(which is reminiscent of Narwhal!). We can only hope that they get added at some point. But tbf I think overall the quality of these PV osts are far lower than volume 1. Still would be great if they were added in the game at some point

Seems that Kuro makes their own PV music nowadays, thus you don't see the PV osts in the Vanguard Sound Studio Channel
They probably have Vanguard working on WW and thus moved some of PGRs OST to be produced domestically.
PV OSTs have been made by KURO since Karenina's patch "A New Divide". And they put some of their own music in the recent patches in CN.
