    Loved your presentation. My grandmother was Choctaw and she made my mother dresses out of flour sacks and embroidered them. I have a picture of my mother in such a dress and it has crosses, suns, diamonds, circles and what looks like candles, made of circles on it. At one time we had a picture of her mother, my great-grandmother in full buckskin or calfskin dress with long fringe, but someone took it.
