u can get some at Walmart near the electronics but i think it depends on the phone u have

Its optional but with the resin it serves as protection so the paint doesnt peel off so it can last longer
I think you really need resin cause acrylic paint comes off without it.
I rarely use resin unless I want a specific look whick mod podge also works well for. Acrilics once dry are completely waterproof themselves tho.
How much resin is needed to cover the case?
I tried this but and i did not use resin.it’s been 1 day and it is still wet. What happened to mine?
Try to dry it with a hair dryer and then you can apply resin.

It will peel if you put uneven layers. It would also peel if you dont paint in one direction

does arcylic paint need to be mix with water?
It doesn't have to be but often is dependent on what your painting and how you need it to work. I almost always add water myself, just make sure not to overdo it or it'll become very streaky and look terrible.
