"Speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far." Theodore Roosevelt. The only thing I can add to this statement is, don't be afraid to use said "big stick".
It should be used sparsely. When used, though, it should be used to effect, dispelling any suspicion that you're bluffing or weak. The purpose of the combination is to avoid generating fear, which will make you an enemy, to deter and defend against aggressors, and to attract allies by being both strong and trustworthy. Excessive use of the "big stick" will undermine it completely.
...I get the feeling that the crew of the Deathstar were constantly trying their hardest to remain professional, and _NOT_ spout off OT Star Wars references.
LOL! That one kid's dad doesn't know humans. First we build the weapon. Then we build the platform to carry it. I wouldn't be surprised if the human designation for that thing was "A10 Mark 40".
It really sucks that I can only hit the like button once. It's rare to find a story on this channel I don't like, but I particularly like this one . Props to author. They know their stuff! Have an awesome everyone. 👍
I got to say the beginning of the story kind of had me wondering. The way the teacher was describing a student, sounded a little too pedo for me. And it didn't really seem to add anything to the necessity of the storyline.
I am 51 and have had problems with reading my entire life because of dyslexia thank you and all who spend there time telling these and other stories

They gave us the technology to build a death star. The coolness factor alone is enough to earn them our undying loyalty.
