    Love your videos Chris! Would love a deeper dive on the topic. Say, when you have no beneficiary listed. Setting a beneficiary as a trust… what happens with IRA’s if probated… you get the idea 😄

    great channel... when it comes to copies of the will, does the executor normally send copies? Also, does each beneficiary get to see what others have received? Cousin joh got 10%, etc... Thanks

      Depends on the state on what the executor has to do. Normally if there is a probate opened copies of the will are sent out. No matter, though, with a will, you can always go to the courthouse and get a copy - it's public record. The whole thing.

    I have a question if 2 people are on a house deed not married grandma and grandson Grandma dies but has a estate with 2 benefecieries Are the 2 people that are benefeceries of the home with the grandson ?? In GA Im going thru a nightmare how greedy people are
