I am driving MG HS Trophy edition digital meter since 2022 start, drovs 25000 till now. I am getting 11+ km/l in local with ac atleast, it even gets better if i dont get stuck in traffic. On highway it varies from 13-15.5 depending on ur speed. Satisfied Alhamdulilah.
few additional points: safety features like front collision assist will have to be turned off each time you start the car. However, you have the option to either apply brakes or play warning sound etc. I have personally set it to warning sound so the car just gives a warning instead of applying brakes. Secondly, the car has 5 driving modes, not 4. Normal, Eco, Sport, Super sport, and custom. One thing that I think is in contrast to what the car stands for, is 'wired' car-play and android auto. I understand that no competitors offer wireless carplay but MG has given an impression that it is a futuristic company like how they have most of their controls inside the infotainment screen like teslas. When you're trying to be so futuristic, why do we only have the option for wired carplay? Secondly, one feature that i think is missing is a wireless phone charger. As Suneel bhai said, there aren't many storage spaces in the car. This could work as an additional storage space for your phone, and charge it at the same time. Also, the rear AC vent can not be turned off. They hit directly at passenger knees and sometimes it gets too cold. These are just some things that could've been in the car. However, the car still remains the best value for money and is loaded with features.
I’ve heard that in new imports along with Digital meter they have introduced wireless charging space. And please if you could tell what is your fuel average? Suneel bhai said that it gives around 8-9kms but from some I’ve heard it gives 11-13kms. Thanks

I'm using MG HS, in my experience my MG HS is giving 10 to 11 in Lahore city per litter and i drove three times on GT road in day time with heavy traffic average i got is 11.5 to 11.8 per litter, i haven't driven on motorway on long drive yet, i hope it will be 12 to 13

I've driven 4000 km approx in city and out of city like kalam, khushab, peshawar etc and my car's fuel everage is exactly same as mentioned by mg means 10+ in city and 13+ at motorway at 120+ km/hour.

Glory is a 7 seater with much less features and almost 1.1 million cheaper. That's a different class which has no actual competitor if someone wants a budget 7 seater. I'm not considering brv because that's actually a 6 seater and it is one of the worst built cars in our market and engine+transmission in that car is pathetic performance wise.

Its Dynamic LED design, Matrix LEDs by Audi is a totally different technology. Plus, the word Radar which you always criticize our people for is used by all three German brands themselves. Nothing to make fun of.

Mg pilot has one more feature that no one has discovered. On a certain speed this car can follow the other car which is infront of it and it will turn as other car turns regardless of road lines. Please explore that feature make a review on it.

I think that the big three is not letting mg to be stable they wanted to deliver cars but most often their trucks got crashed and no one saying anything about late proton saga deliveries but mg is a highlight ofcourse it was a much more hyped car than saga

Guys there are few problems in this review. 360 camera is also available in other cars also like Proton X70 and Glory 580. The biggest problem of this car is that it cannot take premium fuel and only hi octane is the only fuel it takes. Which makes it most expensive in terms of fuel consumption. Another thing is that we could not take it to Naran due to non availability in Balakot. Therefore you cannot go to remote tourist destinations on MG hS. Its body is also not strong.
One thing that annoys me in the car is front visibility mainly because of that sensor box on windscreen which is very annoying if driver is trying to see at front left side
I noticed that suneel sahab clearly ignoring dfsk glory even he talked about upcoming cars of Peugeot in his recent weeklies but not discuss about glory 500.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm the only one in Pak who feels nothing for this car... Its a fairly well built and well thought-out car packed with useful (and not so useful) features. It looks good. The design language is coherent and consistent...yet it seems like its trying too hard to be too many things (to my eyes at least). Somehow, it just doesn't have a personality of its own. The Sportage, on the other hand, has a distinct personality that is unmistakably Kia despite the fact that it too takes cues from the designs of other cars. Also, Sportage is more enjoyable to drive in my not-so-objective opinion. On a side note, I don't get the obsession with leather and pano sunroof given the weather conditions in most of Pakistan. This car must be a bloody oven during Lahori summer. On another side note, all those electronic sensors are a potential nightmare. Sometimes, less really IS more. P.S. That ambient lighting (around 10:00) is quite unappealing.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm the only one in Pak who feels nothing for this car...
Its a fairly well built and well thought-out car packed with useful (and not so useful) features. It looks good. The design language is coherent and consistent...yet it seems like its trying too hard to be too many things (to my eyes at least). Somehow, it just doesn't have a personality of its own. The Sportage, on the other hand, has a distinct personality that is unmistakably Kia despite the fact that it too takes cues from the designs of other cars. Also, Sportage is more enjoyable to drive in my not-so-objective opinion.
On a side note, I don't get the obsession with leather and pano sunroof given the weather conditions in most of Pakistan. This car must be a bloody oven during Lahori summer.
On another side note, all those electronic sensors are a potential nightmare. Sometimes, less really IS more.
P.S. That ambient lighting (around 10:00) is quite unappealing.
