    Actually nobody is really showing you the truth about these flats..
    Gaur/or any other are local builders, they do not know how to make *quality products*
    Very poor construction quality..Most of the flats are in very poor condition in all of Noida/Greater Noida & Yamuna City..
    That is why flat's resale value is *so low..*
    They just look like good towers from outside only...
    Poorly constructed flats, no society maintenance, No conveyance, totally isolated.

      Approximately 1km but pls ensure before buying flat or shop in gaur.... recently society me dharna pradarshan hua hai light or pane ko lekar.

    I also visited some high-rise apartment in Gurgaon the maintenance is the same worst.Its common in North India but in Karnataka the builders r very prompt n give response.

    Jab under construction tha to apne kitne baar khade ho ke material etc check kiya aur koi kami company ki knowledge main laye the aur video mai Aap finishing dikha raha ho... Mai koi builder ke favour mai ya aapke khilaf nahi hoon mai bus aap se apni sooch badlne ke liye keh raha hoon aur kuch positive bhi dekhe kyuki worst conditions to sabhi ki hai real estate mai. Aap waha plot leke khud bhi bnawa sakte the with proper finishing. Don't take it otherwise.

    sach boloon to i was planning to shift from gurgaon to anywhere in greater noida...but honestly, aapka side is million times worse, while roads are thousand times better, but builder ki koi bhi jawab dehi nahi hai, itna ganda kaam hai baapre. guess i am not going to shift anymore!
