Same. The English words aren't quite accurate. Some have had to be changed to make it fit right. The actual chorus would translate to "where are your hands"
I've been singing along to the the German version so much I can actually sing most of the words while listening to it even though I know no German aside from the actual English version of the song. But I definitely can't sing it without the song playing. Lol
