2021 May 19th, Mercedes GL450 Water Leak Destroys Electronics Under Driver's Seat And How I Fixed It

I had never had a water leak inside my 2007 GL450 before until I had the windshield replaced at a local windshield shop. They tried to say it was a leaky sunroof, but I knew that was bull. After almost everything quit working in the car except the engine, I convinced the shop to replace the windshield. I told them I wanted to see the car after they took the first glass off, but they didn't call me, so I didn't get to see it. They also broke my inside mirror taking it off and putting it back on, and now that was flopping around. I took the car to the car wash after the new glass was put in and sprayed it hard with water, and no leaks. I insisted they pay Mercedes the $5000 they wanted to replace the mirror and fix whatever was causing the other problems, but they refused saying I was lucky to get the second windshield for free. I'm handy with a wrench, so I started troubleshooting and repairing the car myself. Watch the video to see.
