This is so good, Spencer! Spot on. Been in those dry seasons too many times to count over the years and your advice really felt full of grace and truth. Keep killin it!
As a comment to the second topic, whenever I approach someone to give input or broach a subject that may be difficult I always try to get permission from them with the question, “are you open to some input?” That way it gets them to commit to at least listening to what I have to say. I really can’t remember ever anyone saying that they are not open input. Anyway, just my thought on that.
I think all of us watching and reading these comments should take a moment to pray for the struggling leader. "Father God, You are so good! You are so full of love, mercy, and grace. There is nothing hidden from You and everything in us should be given to You. I pray for the worship leader who is struggling. I pray they would confess and find the freedom that you already paid for us; fellow sinners in need of a Saviour. You are slow to anger. Thank you for giving us the time to come back to You. Amen."
Thank you brother! Really enjoyed hearing your thoughts today
Thanks Spencer. Good video.
