- I made this video in like three days so I'm sorry it's not my best work but I just really really really wanted to make a video on Over the Garden Wall for Halloween, and I succeeded! Woohooooo!

Oh that's why spider verse and otgw are my 2 favorite peices of animation: the animation and the prevailing theme of confronting you're challenges cuz you're either more competent than you think or it wasn't that bad in the 1st place.

En dan een disclaimer in de caption, Ow sORRy nOt My bEst WoRk. Zonder dat ik de serie gezien heb een heel beeld, sfeer en moraal mee. Meer dan geprikkeld om een serie te gaan kijken waar ik anders nooit op zou geklikt hebben.

Great job except its not in their head. Its a sort of a limbo. But its definitely real.
Oh? I mean, in my view, it's real in the same way that 'The View From Halfway Down' from Bojack Horseman is real. It's something the characters' brain feels like it needs to go through in case they're going to die. The interactions, emotional developments, decisions, and the entire experience and everything are, in a sense, real, but the experience is still completely disconnected from the mortal world.
@@olafsomething okay but in the show there is evidence it actually happened. Like for example the frog at the end can be seen with the bell in its belly. And there were grave stones for Quincy. It's unlikely the boys noticed the grave stones and the bell still being in the frog indicates if anything that it actually happened. Not to mention all the shots of the characters after the boys had left. Imagined figures don't have stories after the people imagining them leave. Then of course there is the time aspect. Everyone in the story seems to be out of an entirely different period of history. To me it seems more likely that the unknown is some sort of limbo afterlife type world that the boys temporarily passed into.
@@ianbowden2524Right right that's interesting, I didn't notice Endicott's gravestone but the bell in the frogs belly did raise some questions, maybe I simplified the answer to these questions a bit for the sake of the point I was trying to make in the video hahaha
@@olafsomething Yeah lol idk. I just thought you should know because people have had ideas about it being real since 2014. I mean ultimately it's up to interpretation but y'know......but yeah the point you made ultimately was great . Loved the video.
