Fruit once ripens, internal pulp can be scooped out like butter and tastes like butter too, with little bit of earthen flavor. It can be used in salads, sandwiches or simply enjoy the scoops. Congratulations Mausi ji.

Fruit weight goes upto 1kg. Best quality plants available in tamilnadu, Karnataka, kerela... For early fruiting get Grafting plant. In 2yrs you can harvest. It's available all over south india. In Karnataka cost of the fruit is 300 to 400 per kg and when supply is more you can get it @Rs 150/- per kg . And one avocado fruit weight is 600-700 gm.

Avocado 🥑 is known as Butter Fruit in southern & western parts of India. Commonly this fruit is used for preparing beverages and personal hygiene products i.e shampoo, hair oil and skin creams. This maybe grown for the first time in Odisha but can be found in other parts of India.

Make a chutney called Guacamole.... mash the fruit and add chopped garlic,green chillis and onion to the mashed avocado and add lemon juice and salt and kalimirch powder to it... it's very tasty or else just chop the avocado and add tomatoes onion and green chillies, chopped cucumber and coriander to this..
Eat like a mixed salad with salt and lemon juice added to it

ଅଟା ଦଳିଲା ବେଳେ ମିଶେଇ ଦଳି ରୋଟୀ କରିପାରିବେ. ମୁଁ ପ୍ରାୟତଃ କରେ. ବହୁତ ନରମ ରୋଟୀ ହୁଏ. ଏହା କୁ ଗଛ ରେ ଫଳୁ ଥିବା ଲହୁଣୀ ବୋଲି କହି ପାରିବେ. ଉତ୍ତର ଭାରତ ରେ ଏହାକୁ ମାଖନ ଫଳ, ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଭାରତ ରେ ଏହାକୁ ୱେନମ ଫଳ ( ଅର୍ଥ ଲହୁଣୀ ଫଳ )ଓ butter ଫ୍ରୁଟ ମଧ୍ୟ କହନ୍ତି. ଏହା ର ଉପକାରିତା cholestrol କମ କରିବା ଠୁଁ ନେଇ skin, hair sabu paryanta କାମ କରେ. କିନ୍ତୁ use ନେଇ, ମୋଟା କୁ ପତଳା ହେବା ରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବ ଓ ପତଳା କୁ ମୋଟା. କେବଳ juice ନୁହେଁ ବହୁତ ପ୍ରକାର ରେ ଏହାକୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ରୂପେ use କରି ହେବ. ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କୁ 💐.ଏଇ ଫଳ ଟି ବି ଅନ୍ୟ ଫଳ ପରି diffrent size ରେ ଆସେ. ବଡ଼, ଛୋଟ, ମୋଟା ଚୋପା, ପତଳା ଚୋପା, ବଡ଼ ମଞ୍ଜି, ଛୋଟ ମଞ୍ଜି ଇତ୍ୟାଦି. ମୋଟା ଚୋପା ଛୋଟ ଆଭୋକେଡ ମୋର personal favorite. Medium size ବି ଭଲ ଲାଗେ. ବଡ଼ ଆଉ ପତଳା ଚୋପା ର ସ୍ୱାଦ ସେତେ ଭଲ ନୁହେଁ. କିନ୍ତୁ ସମାନ ଔଷଧୀୟ ଗୁଣ. ତେଣୁ ଯାହା ହେଲେ ବି ଭଲ. 😍 ଆଉ ଚାରା, ଭିଡ଼ିଓ ରେ ଯେମିତି ଦେଖା ଯାଇଛି ସେମିତି ହୁଏ, ଖାଲି ମାଟି ରେ ପୋତିଲେ ବି ହୁଏ. ( ଆମ୍ବ ଟାକୁଆ ରୁ ଗଛ ହେବା ପରି ) କିନ୍ତୁ ଭିଡ଼ିଓ ରେ ଦେଖାଯାଇଥିବା process ରେ 100% ଗଛ ହୁଏ. ସବୁ ମଞ୍ଜିରୁ 👍
