18:50 Dude’s response to you hyping up, then complaining (though it’s hard to hear him) about the price point of a 200MB SIM card is ‘Wow, that’s an issue? OK.” Then he proceeds to get up out of his chair, dismissively tap you on the shoulder, and the look on your face: that of a little kid trying to nervously laugh off admonishment from a parent, while scanning the room for your peers’ acceptance of the legitimacy of your gripe is priceless 🤣
@@JohnnyFD , you seem to be a great guy who enjoys interacting with others on your trips! I love to experience your eating adventures and your experiences with other people!🥰
Really nice videos! Any time you enjoy beef in Argentina, remember their cows are only fed with grass as it’s supposed to be. A much healthier option than the US beef. That’s why you don’t see Argentinians gain much weight after eating so much.
@@JohnnyFD We have both beefs, grain and grass fed (usually labeled as meat for export), and there are organics fed cows also, but they are more expensive as you can imagine.
What a wonderful place, with so much to see and do, and Oh! that fabulous food! Johnny, I have to say, you are always surrounded by the most beautiful ladies!
good but.. Argentina is by no means the most dangerous country in Latin America. Its homicide rate, 5.5 per 100,000, is among the lowest in the region according to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. By comparison, the rates in Brazil, Mexico, and Venezuela are much higher at 21, 22.7, and 45.1 per 100,000 respectively. So why talk about violent crime in Argentina at all? Despite the favorable statistics, violent crime is a recurring reality in the lives of Argentine citizens. According to various surveys, including the Latin America Public Opinion Project and Latinobarómetro, respondents from Argentina mention crime as their greatest concern. Indeed, Argentina’s self-reported victimization rates, which mainly refer to property crimes (e.g. theft, burglary, etc.), are among the highest in Latin America, and the vast majority of citizens express a fear of being the victim of violent crime. Naturally, this subjective insecurity is fueled by the sensationalistic coverage of criminal events, especially in the current context of overt confrontation between the government and the country’s most powerful media groups. Since 2009, when the administration of President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner passed a law that negatively affected the interests of the main media corporations and took over specific high-revenue projects, such as the broadcasting of soccer, the media has had an added incentive to play up coverage of violent crime - both to boost revenues and to aggravate the administration. However, the excesses of the yellow press do not completely explain the population’s persistent anxiety, as the national government often claims. More importantly, news headlines only provide a superficial description of the country’s main security issues.
No, it is not possible to get citizenship by investment in Argentina. However, an investor may obtain a residence permit in the country by contributing $200,000 to the Argentine economy. After two years of residing in Argentina with a permit, an investor is eligible to obtain citizenship by naturalisation.

surprised? Argentina was built by millions and millions of European immigrants who chose it to live their lifes , they brought their architecture-culture-gastronomy and genes, and turned Argentina into the only "European" country in the world, outside of Europe, even more, now a large part of Europe was invaded by millions of African, Arab and Asian immigrants, Argentina is more "European" than almost all of Europe..... u hate Europe, and we Argentines love it (what Europe once was)
