Ryan is the bureaucrat, so it makes sense for him to run Division while Nikita and Michael are out in the field (plus, would we WANT them to sit at a desk and order people around instead of going on missions? Of course not). Also, they need a figurehead like Ryan who has ties to the CIA/government and will be trusted by them. Plus, I'm sure Nikita and Michael will help him, since they know Division much better than he does.
Exactly :). Ryan is a straight arrow that people are able to trust and respect. So happy he is now on full time! He brings a sweet sense of innocence to Nikita
this is why i love nikita! nikita did in 2 seasons what a normal series do in 6 or 7 Nikita doesnt do filler episodes maybe thats why its so good every episode is badass and important to the story :)
Great scene, I think Nikita really connected with the rest of Division here. Incredible acting as always by Maggie. Could you possibly up load the scene where Michael and Nikita are on the comms at the beginning of the episode and they said they're going to meet at 'The only place they ever had fun' and also when Michael actual gets there. Ryan really is the best person to run division because Nikita gas an amazing skills set. It's a waste if she sits in a office. If she did that she would be like Percy. Sending people to die and never going into the field herself.
Nikita and Michael should be the ones running Division, not Ryan, he's just a CIA agent that had a crush on someone way out of his league..... he should NOT be running the show.

It was a very touching speech.Nikita should be the one to run division.
She says her fight was never with them (the agents), yet she and her team killed dozens of them during the first 2 seasons.
The fight still wasn't with them, they were just in her way.
