You know you gotta be a whole different level of mad and mischievous when even Sampo would rather not deal with Sparkle. Because what we have in this Companion Mission is Black Swan and Sampo having to deal with Sparkle being a HSR equivalent of Harley Quinn. Stelle got to watch a Memoria sequence of Black Swan through Dr. Edward as she gets challenged into a game by Sparkle in what is basically a wacky murder case she created with Sampo as her detective partner. Even though Sampo is a former Masked Fool, his antiques were tame in comparison to Sparkle. Then by the end of the game Sparkle unveils herself and that Sampo was in on the thing. Sparkles attempted to form a partnership with Black Swan to solve the riddle to the Watchman's Legacy but Black Swan reminded her that is against the rules. Sparkles says bye to Swan only for Black Swan to mess with her memory and Sampo's to leave unnoticed. Afterwards Sparkle and Sampo had some brief banter before the latter leaves Penacony picking up his mask that he got back from Sparkle for helping her with the game.
Black Swan placed said Memory Bubble with Dr. Edward allowing Stelle to see it followed with Sparkles attempting to get it back disguising herself as Swan and was disappointed Stelle didn't play along and then the real Black Swan called letting her know of Sparkle's enjoyment of impersonating others.
I honestly wonder how Stelle feels after seeing that Memory Bubble, you got to wonder if Stelle would have thought if Black Swan tampered with her mind to better calm her down after watching Firefly die right in front of her and Stelle knowing that part about Sparkle was already something she got a taste of the hard way. Stelle already isn't enjoying herself in Penacony anymore and I would think she wasn't having it with Sparkle's shenanigans either.
Speaking of death though, this companion mission further emphasized that no person can truly die in Penacony thanks to the blessing of Xipe the Harmony. Though based on accounts from other members of The Family anyone who "dies" or get severely injured would wake up feeling immense pain so there are still some repercussions of suffering a fatality in the dreamscape. Even if Firefly is still alive IRL, her cognitive health and physical health already isn't the best and what is to say Firefly and Robin didn't get Freddy Kreuger'd by the Death Meme.

I've got a theory for the one hired Sparkle and probably also the Masked Fools in Penacony
: it's probably the Watchmaker with the clus being Mike Diggis in the HSR livestream "It's always night in Penacony"
When Mike sneaks a bomb into a member of the Nightingale Family and leaves he says the Watchmaker sends his regards. And in the credit Sparkle can write comments in the credit in Mike Diggis name she wrote "Show-off!" so they probably know each other and probably both of them are members of the Masked Fools seeing as Mike was having so much fun and goes out of his way to stir up conflict between a member of Bloodhound family and the Nightingale family
