Stefan I'm shocked and saddened to hear of this. I love your music and guitar playing. What was shocking is that I believe I'm having the same condition but in my left hand. I injured my left arm a few month ago and have had weakness and ongoing pain in the arm. For about the last month I noticed the numbing that radiated through my left hand into the pinky and ring fingers. I read up on this condition last week and have an appointment this Monday to have it looked into. I wish you the best in your treatment and recovery.
