- Vacuum casting is the perfect solution for creating a small series of around 20 - 50 high-quality parts cost-effectively. With this high-speed process, you can make soft rubber parts, rigid parts, clear transparent parts, and even small and large components in a single piece.
At HLH, typical lead times for vacuum casting projects are 5 - 10 days

i still have no idea where the vacuum come in. is it the silicone degassing step or is it used somehow in the casting step
Great question. It's in the casting step. We place the mould in a vacuum chamber and inject PU material in. The vacuum helps 1. 'pull' the material into all the nooks and crannies of the mould 2. avoid trapping air bubbles
It's just to get all the air out, possible bubbles in the mold that. Could mess it up
Can i produce hard plastic cover?
Yup, this is something we can produce. Do you have a 3D CAD? If you could send it to info@hlhrapid.com, that will help us get started.
кох-мерзавец!
Uhhhh....at what point are you going to explain what it actually IS?
Hi Laura, the explanation is pretty brief. Let us know what type of details you want to know, and we will improve it in the next video 👍🏻
