N is more better in refinement and quality levels, better acceleration at lower speeds and NS only excels in its slightly better handling and topend overall. For 1st users i think the N will be better as it has lot of power in low rpm and mid range as it was made to be a sports commuter/tourer.

But engine will be a big difference as N will not require high revs to make power in slow traffic and normal scenarios while the NS will need to be revved to higher rpm to get going.
