Dear, the lifestyle you have , I would suggest you to start intermittent fasting , its way more healthy and helps alot in weight loss. you can eat your favourite food in moderation during eating window. it can reduce your weight 3 to 4 kg a month very easily . please do give it a try , 12pm to 6pm window works amazing
