Academic all he does, is pretend to not know, but he’s instigating. That is the worst type of person. He is patronizing, the lil black rapper from Philly.
Philly should've been on par with Detroit, ATL and Memphis, they have some of the hardest rappers like Leaf Ward, Lil Buckss, Lil Muk, OT7 Quanny, like there's no way Philly shouldn't be up there in terms of running the industry with all the talent there unless someone or labels are strategically shading talent from the city. I understand why guys like AR AB couldn't go all the way, those guys are just too grown and street, if you're going to deal with street cats labels prefer younger guys that they can somewhat control and manipulate, guys that haven't seen anything but the young cats should definitely be bigger than they are.
Yep. Meek Mill never put on any rapper from Philly, especially not someone with a resume who had a chance to make it big. When Meek was on top, Philly rap was down bad and still hasn't fully recovered. Before him Philly always had multiple big rappers. It's just like when Nicki Minaj was on top she never collaborated with female rappers and instead of paying homage to Lil Kim, she dissed her. When Remy Ma came out of prison and started making noise, Nicki Minaj allegedly tried blackballing her by telling events and award shows that if Remy is there then Nicki won't be there. So Remy dropped the diss track "Shether". Nicki's team even got that song taken down from YT within a few days after it had like 9 or 12 million views and it had to be reuploaded; it's currently sitting at only 2.5M views. The combination of Remy Ma getting out of prison and Cardi B going viral from _Love & Hip Hop_ is what opened the floodgates for female rap (I'm not a fan of female rap, fyi). Nicki had to fall for female rap to rise up, and Meek has to fall for Philly rap to rise up.
Hood dude conspiracy theories 🤣 None of them artist make good music. They all rap about the hood like goofies. It’s not 2015 anymore. “I struggled, I had to hustle” FOH
@@mapleleafkay9824 Sounds good until you realise I've actually funded a lot of artists that went on to do numbers, rappers talk shit about each other all the time then act like they're cool with each other. Despite what people think, he never hated on no one from what I saw he was always trying to give cats opportunities. I can't say the same for other rappers who throw shade at young guys on the come up. I can't respect it, I wholeheartedly believe the smartest thing a big rapper can do is find the next big thing or hot rapper and put them under them, it makes them look good and solidifies their position forever. Drake may go down as the only rapper who can get away with not putting anyone under him directly, however, he still collaborates with all the young guys and gives them opportunities which will keep him around for a very long time. Meek was on the right path with Lil Snupe but since then he's been on some sucka shit that's the truth.
@@poppinc8145 That's literally how it is. If Nicki was smart, she would've shown love to all the other female rappers, it would've solidified her position. True, but just cause he was around don't mean it was his hood or primary hood because just like he said Meek told him he claimed another hood. Lot of people do this so it's not like it's uncommon and if they fall out with one one hood they have another to fall back on.

Meek Mill has always been suspect and Twitter-fingers. He's always been emotionally-driven like a female. 1) He was corny around Nicki Minaj and was being an b¡tch after she got tired of him and broke up. 2) He beat up Quentin Miller in public just because he refused to ghostwrite for him. 3) He threw out his friendship with Drake because Quentin wouldn't write for Meek and because Meek suspected Drake was hating on him. 4) He started dissing AR-AB just because Drake referenced him in "Back 2 Back". Ab never did sh¡t to Meek, but someone else namedropping Ab made Meek start hating OBH. Ab was always better than him lyrically, and always had respect in the streets, whereas Meek was a nobody in the streets and his bars suck.
Meek was never “nobody” in the streets. Sounds like you from out of town and picking up what you hear for akademiks and wack 100. Meek has been tried in Philly one time over a watch back in the late 2000s when he was coming up. Bul that did that got what was coming to him right after. This whole “meek not from any hood” and “meek is pussy” is all new shit. You talked about Ab, but you have no idea what was going on in their beef. Streets talk heavy and ab was applying pressure, but meek was 100% applying it back. Don’t get it fucked up, he is a street nigga.
Meek could have put the hole city on, all the talented artist why not.. being greedy all for your family, yourself and lifes pleasures.. meek could have sacrificed for the next generation and put all them on and this wouldnt haven’t happened.. wheter street or not... as long as you feed your city before u feed yourself,in saying god, family, and your things u like, u sacrifice to help others in your city, non of this would be able to have happen. Im not faulting no one or taking sides, just the fact other cities get money with eachother and have big runs top for years = more opportunities will happen, we all learn thow.
AK cap.. Nobody ever looked at Meek as no real savage.. they all looked at him as the one who made out the hood in 2010s with MMG.. That's IT LOL not saying that's a bad thing but Meek gotta stop fakin like he livin like dat fr
