Data Precision 8200 Calibrator repair.

The rotary encoders were all gooped up with sticky residue from a failed spray can surgical attempt. Encoder contacts were heavily oxidized and did not function. I pulled all the encoders. cleaned up the sea of sticky residue from the rotary encoders, pcba and case. Cleaned all the encoder contacts. Reassembled and function check. Note: In the vid I refer to the encoders a few times as attenuators. These are rotary encoders and not attenuators. TNX
