This one looks amazing, especially because Kel and Aubrey usually have fights, but seeing a more "serious" tone is such a nice thing, I wish it was more explored by the fandom. Amazing as always. I think that they would be a lovely couple, but my reason is pretty weird to some people. Aubry became like a middle schooler, she thinks she will get more friends if she is violent and rude, always putting on a show. Maybe kel could help her change and become kinder, help her stop feeling like she has to act that way After all, they grew up together and if anybody he knows who she really is, and would accept her no matter what. Also I'm not saying Aubry is a poorly written character, there are reasons why she acts this way( bad home life, death of a sister like figure and friend, lost all her friends that she grew up with...) and I think that they make her behaviour completely justifiable

That was just him being a kid/immature, after all, he was really young back then. Real world Kel seems a lot more chill and mature, so the topic of romance maybe perceived better at that age.

Sunny will go find new friends. Everyone will move on. Although can't read atmosphere he knows aubery the best after Mari and maybe sunny. Even though they used to fight a lot, I know they care abt each other. imagine them laughing at their old self for fighting even at smallest things. New Headcanon: Sunny moves on from everyone, even after being approached by Kel and forgiven by him. He learns there is no hope for the other 2. However, he made sure the promises they held on him became true (Aubrey tells Sunny to go out more often in one part of the game, and Hero says that he should be strong even on his own). Slowly but surely, Basil is forgiven. Aubrey is just tired to blindly hate Basil again, and Hero realizes that Basil might be alone again. The four are all friends once more. Hero stays single but strong as the big bro of the team, and Aubrey and Kel begin to develop a sorta deeper relationship. They both know they care for each other, so they both let it slide together. All five of them live a healthy and normal life, with Basil acquiring a top of the line job and so does Hero, and Aubrey and Kel soon married at the age of 26. Sunny makes new friends and lands a spot on TV, and later is the director of a TV Series based off his own experience, Omori. He feels that while that guilt will haunt him forever, the ghost of his past, the mistakes he made, his weakness and phobias, and the trauma will last no longer.

I think they’d eventually have a talk about the what-if of course, but ultimately I think they’re at their best when they’re bouncing off each other like two opposing magnets lol. That being said, this is cute as fuck.
