BLUE !! Curious, it's cold here in Oregon, but I want to get going and give this a try. Do I need to be concerned about the heat of the indigo dye bath? Thanks
Yes, the temperature of the dye bath matters a lot in indigo. It needs to stay at a consistent temperature. I get it, I live in Washington and just wait to do my dyeing in the spring and summer.

I would like to know why my indigo on my wool is coming out when I knit with it…my hands gets blue.
It’s a process called crocking. It happens when there are still particles of indigo pigment “loose” on the surface of the yarn. A really good wash with soap and warm water would help get rid of some of this. But proceed with caution as you probably don’t want to felt what you’re making.
