So what happened was his "friend" signed the paperwork agreeing to testify against him in court to get less time on his charges. In the video Lil TJay has his "friend" shot so he couldn't testify against him in court. And since the witness or "friend" couldn't testify against him in court the case got dismissed.
nah i don't think lil tjay did it or ordered it as he prolly was detained and arrested for the case. Whereas somebody did go kill him for snitching
