THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THIS! I ended up just NP Loop'd her to death with my Enkidu at Turn 50. LOL Your Enkidu worked better cause your Enkidu is Lv100. My Enkidu is only Lv90, but NP2, so higher chance of failure cause of lower HP. Enkidu: "OMAE WA MOU SHINDEIRU." Kingprotea: "NANI?!"
Glad the guide has been helpful 😉. Enkidu unlimited chain works is unfortunately limited to this challenge 😆. In reality with NP2 your damage is surely higher than mine (even with the extra 1000 atk), the only thing that maybe in my case it's better is the NP gain since (now) I have the lored the extra append skill and I used a MLB Divine Banquet CE (in case you don't have it). But really all that's "required" is a lored S2 and Tamamo CC for extra healing, all the rest is just for a safe clear 😁.

Hey! I wanted to thank you: I've only been playing FGO for a few months and was looking for a way to defeat Kingprotea. Luckily I got Enkidu 2 months ago and I tried to follow your guide by replacing the craft essence and some command codes because I didn't have everything. So I defeated Kingprotea in 46 turns a few minutes ago. :)

I feel like this is the canon way to take her down, considering Enkidu's relationship to Tiamat. I wanted to beat her this way but I haven't put presence detection to 10, so I went with Jeanne, Mash and Support Merlin for the stall. Enkidu was frontline, took the merlin buff, order change with mash, then bring him back out 70 turns later for the double merlin buffed one shot. Enuma Elish did 3.6 mil and it had an unused brave chain behind it that could have done more so I could have pulled her out earlier, but I was afraid that doing so too early would break defense and I'd have to redo the whole fight, so I held out very patiently.
This is 100% canon yeah 😁. Can't wait for Enkidu NP nuke after its interlude this Fall (all lostbelts Trees are gonna be chopped!). Aside from OTK for whales only (or for those who grailed Heracles and have gotten the Versus CE from Chaldea Boys Event) your strategy is the mainstream one: by my calculations by turn 58 a SOLO Enkidu brave chain would always deals more than 2 million damage, so with double Merlin you can definitely close it early. But unlimited chains works is too hard to pass 😆
@@Silverfox-volpeargentea makes sense. Honestly my set up for playing fate is just so comfy I hardly even realized how long the fight took, and I kinda just wanted to see how long I could last. To no one's surprise tho, merlin mash and jeanne really are immortal. I'm not gonna lie tho, occasionally Protea would one shot mash or Merlin out of nowhere, but I'd just kill the game, reload and use one of their invincibility skills. This was my first time using a mainstream tactic to such effect and it's very satisfying to pull off!
@@zacharyconfer1828 yeah buff stacking your DPS and stalling after switching him out has been the mainstream strategy for some of toughest CQ since they were introduced with Nero Fest. Check this one out if you want for a CQ where even Mash/Merlin/Jeanne alone can't save you: th-cam.com/video/wBIaT7Fjv9o/w-d-xo.html In this one King Hassan will install kill you with NP and facecards and if that's not enough his crits kill a caster with class advantage and with Waver defense buff: add random taunt, random evade for card type,... and you get definitely one of the best CQ for FGO!

That one, Kingprotea and the first fight with Gawain are the only one's I've looked up strats for. I'm guessing the goal with that Hassan would be to take him out as quickly as possible?
@@zacharyconfer1828 the problem with that CQ was that you HAD TO stall (break bar and unremovable stacks of damage reduction) and furthermore you had to deal with insane RNG (Taunt, Instakill on facecards and NP). You can check the detail here to give you an idea to complement the video: gamepress.gg/grandorder/nero-fest-2019-exhibition-vi-abyss-first-hassan It was the only CQ for NA harder than JP (his Taunt was locked to the same party member in JP so it was predictable, in NA it was random and if Iri died for that you were done, finished...). This Kingprotea CQ was a walk in the park in comparison, but the idea behind is the same, you have to resist until the boss is weakened.
Don't worry I've been busy too lately 👍(and I will be for the next four weeks, fortunately Kama Event will hit afterwards so I'll have time). This is actually the first batch of videos in a while, I've gotten a bit of free time just for SERAPH, definitely my favourite event for story and boss fights

Try finding an Enkidu from supports and in case use command spells if in trouble, you only have less than an hour.
I'm assuming you are doing the Main Interlude right? I hadn't realized until now that Tamamo CC wasn't available even with rare prisms if you missed the original event😅. Anyway this was the best way to do it I found AT THE TIME, now we have more options for CC and CE so it should be possible even without the Tamamo CC: for example you could try getting extra heal from Jeanne and BB slot machine CC, using also CC that reduce crit chance for Kingprotea (so that you'll need less healing). Otherwise you could use Tamamo Cat CE that gives 75% healing UP (if you have it), together with Merlin CC to compensate for the lower NP gain. One thing is sure: once we get Mighty Chains (same as JP) this run will be much easier since we'll have way better NP gain together with damage and stars.
@Silverfox I did it with 46 turns used the crit gather CC and one that has Jeanne that gives you 1000 hp per 3 turns which did the job. Tbh, I'm not even sure the HP CC is needed since it didn't seem to do much for me, I think. Thanks for your video it helped

Yeah I maxed him and grailed him since he is my best boy, but as I said at the beginning of the video all you really need to beat Kingprotea is Tamamo Command Code for healing and his second skill (the evade) lored (lv 10). Grails and other skills don't matter much, the CE choice is much more important (see overlay in the video)
