Please help me because i'm just using stapler after hitting the middle part on hard surface so that to use it again' can this procedure helps on my issue?

It is too tough to say which procedure helps on your issue without seeing your stapler.
Upper part ,middle part and lower part should be lined so the pusher of upper part go through the middle part and hit the pins & the pin pusher should be easy and moveable (in middle part) so that pin cartage go ahead for staples.

Any idea how to make the upper top part stay in place? I think I broke it beyond repair 😆. I'm talking about the part that pushes the staple pins.

It is too tough to say which procedure helps on your issue without seeing your stapler.
Isolate the broken part. Fixed it on a small wood board by drilling two holes. And fix the other two part by nail (like 'L' shap) . Remember upper two part must go through by pushing stick.

@@ignitedidea3711 unfortunately I think the broken part is on the stapler. Compared it with a freshly bought one from the same series. I think I broke the grip that is holding it in place. At least I think I broke half of it
