This is what I found regarding parking @UJ:
The University of Johannesburg (UJ) requires vehicles to display a valid parking disc or permit to park on campus. Students can apply for a permit in person at the Parking Office.
Parking disc requirements
-Students must apply for a permit in person at the Parking Office
-Students must provide a current University student card for inspection
-Vehicles must display an approved sticker or permit

Unfortunately no, but if you applied for it you should have received communication regarding how it will work. Check your emails.
